Merlot 2005
Avastly underestimated variety in the market; Merlot is often consideredto be a drink for those beginning to appreciate wines. However pickedat optimum ripeness and managed correctly, Merlot can stand along sidethe best of reds. Sweet plums, cherries, black fruits and soft tanninsgive this wine ample weight. Drink 2007-2015.
Tradition 2005
Havingthe option to blend different grape varieties can be very rewarding asis the case with the 2005 Tradition. A blend of Shiraz 28%, CabernetSauvignon 25%, Merlot 31% and Cabernet Franc 16%. The Tradition hasfresh plums, cherries and red berries that combine beautifully withhints of violets spice and mint finishing with great tannins andlength. Drink 2007- 2015.
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Graftedto 12 year old Shiraz rout stock in the early 1980’s this old vineCabernet Sauvignon continues to perform year after year. Packed full ofblackcurrant, mint and vanilla, it finishes with floral over tones onthe bouquet. The pallet is full with black berries, mint, and long softtannins. A wine with beautiful structure that should live for manyyears. Drink: 2007-2020.
